Dealer Information
Paisan Con vendor information.
Vendor tables are currently available, but space is limited and expected to move quickly. All tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Paisan Con is built by people who understand the vendor side of conventions, so the goal is to create a floor that is organized, welcoming, and worth the weekend for both exhibitors and guests.
- Tables are six feet long unless otherwise noted.
- All table purchases are non-refundable.
- No table is considered reserved until payment has been received.
- Wall requests should be noted at the time of order and are handled on a first-come basis.
Dealer Room Hours
Weekend operating schedule.
- Friday: dealer room open 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Saturday: dealer room open 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Sunday: dealer room open 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Vendor setup begins at noon on Friday.
- Vendor passes are picked up at registration rather than mailed in advance.
Vendor Pricing
Table pricing by vendor type.
- Merchandise Vendors: 6' table is $500.
- Merchandise Vendors: 2 x 6' table is $900.
- Food Vendors: 6' table is $1,000.
Important Notes
What vendors should know before ordering space.
Dealers may not use anything that damages hotel walls, fixtures, or surfaces in order to mount displays. If wall support is needed, removable painter’s tape should be used. Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by their display setup or breakdown.
New Jersey vendors should make sure they have the proper state tax registration in place before the event. If you need to register, you can do so through the State of New Jersey business portal: NJ Business Registration.
Vendor Rules
Floor guidelines and exhibitor policies.
- Dealer tables must be staffed during all dealer room hours.
- Displays may not extend into aisles or block walkway space required by the venue or fire code.
- Each vendor receives two weekend passes for the first table and one additional weekend pass for each added table.
- Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, setup, and business activity during the event.
- Paisan Con may refuse merchandise or displays that are pornographic, excessively graphic, or not appropriate for a family-friendly convention floor.
- All vendors agree to hold Paisan Con, its staff, and its representatives harmless for loss, theft, or damage connected to vendor participation.
