The vendor floor brings together artists, makers, merchants, and specialty sellers with a strong connection to food, fandom, heritage, and Italian-American style.

Dealer Information

Paisan Con vendor information.

Vendor tables are currently available, but space is limited and expected to move quickly. All tables are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Paisan Con is built by people who understand the vendor side of conventions, so the goal is to create a floor that is organized, welcoming, and worth the weekend for both exhibitors and guests.

  • Tables are six feet long unless otherwise noted.
  • All table purchases are non-refundable.
  • No table is considered reserved until payment has been received.
  • Wall requests should be noted at the time of order and are handled on a first-come basis.

Dealer Room Hours

Weekend operating schedule.

  • Friday: dealer room open 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
  • Saturday: dealer room open 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Sunday: dealer room open 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Vendor setup begins at noon on Friday.
  • Vendor passes are picked up at registration rather than mailed in advance.

Important Notes

What vendors should know before ordering space.

Dealers may not use anything that damages hotel walls, fixtures, or surfaces in order to mount displays. If wall support is needed, removable painter's tape should be used. Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by their display setup or breakdown.

New Jersey vendors should make sure they have the proper state tax registration in place before the event. If you need to register, you can do so through the State of New Jersey business portal: NJ Business Registration .
